About BXProp™
The BXPROP command greatly simplifies the task of globally changing the object properties
for nested entities within blocks and external references. Instantly modify the color, linetype,
thickness, ltscale and/or lineweight (not applicable to R14) for all objects within a block
without having to explode the block and then redefine it. Similarly, modify the properties of
all the subentities within a xref without opening the drawing file. BXPROP can also change the
properties for any attributes and/or nested attributes.
BXPROP is a real timesaver for changing all objects within a drawing to a single color or to
color=bylayer. Or perhaps to color=byblock, so that blocks will take on the color of the layer
for which they are assigned.
Operates in AutoCAD R14 / 2000 / 2000i / 2002 / 2004 / 2005 / 2006 and AutoCAD 2007!

About Squash™
The SQUASH command scans a drawing file's database and looks for any objects, including nested
objects, having a non-zero Z-coordinate or thickness. If it finds such entities, SQUASH will
reassign them a Z-coordinate and/or thickness equal to zero and update the database. 3D extruded
and 3D rotated objects are projected down, resulting in 2D objects that appear exactly as they did
as 3D objects viewed from the top. 3D solid, region and body objects are exploded and their
resulting 2D objects are assigned an elevation of zero and redundant entities are deleted.
SQUASH is a big timesaver for those who create and edit 2D drawings which utilize drawing
information (perhaps originated by others) containing 3D and/or elevated objects.
